18 – How do you ship?
We ship all orders either USPS Mail or UPS. The available shipping options and pricing will be available to for you to choose during your checkout. You will be able to choose your preference when you are ready to check out. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct as an incorrect shipping address will cause delays and an additional shipping charge to your order. PLEASE NOTE: UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.
19 – Do you ship to a PO Box or APO address?
Yes we do. These orders will be processed using USPS Mail.
20 – At World Wide Trims we process and ship out all orders as quickly as possible which is usually 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays, however, some orders may take longer to process which can take up to 2 weeks. You will be notified of any lengthy delays or back orders.
21 – Do you ship internationally?
Most definitely, however, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and will be responsible for lost or damaged items so we suggest you buy insurance.
22 – Is my order insured?
Not unless you chose that option when you chose the method of your shipment.
When placing your order you agree not to hold World Wide Trims liable for items that get lost or damaged. If this is of great concern, than we suggest you buy the insurance.
23 – I have not received my order.
There may be order delays because of backordered shipments or other concerns. We will always try to contact you if any of these situations arise and will keep you updated on a regular basis.
