REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES

We value you as a customer and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience and will gladly give our customers refunds on all our items (excluding special orders). The entire purchase price will be refunded (excluding shipping charges) after the return has been processed.
Please be aware that we have made every effort to represent our products as closely to their true colors as possible. Due to all the possible variants (ex. monitor quality settings, light source, etc.) we cannot guarantee that that the pictured images accurately represent their true colors. Dye lots will also vary so please take this into consideration when ordering.
We make no warranties or guarantees to colorfastness, dye ability, shrinkage or wash ability.
The Guidelines below must be followed to receive your refund.
- Returns will need to be reported to us before returning the item(s). We will than email you an authorization and address of where to return the item(s). DO NOT RETURN ITEM (S) WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION AND THE CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS, as it may be more costly for you.
- Unless it is an error on our part, return shipping is your responsibility.
- Any items returned to us COD or collect will be refused.
- You must include a copy of the original receipt or copy of the authorization email sent to you with the return.
- The item(s) must not be altered in any way and must be received in good condition to receive a refund.
- Remember, we cannot refund what we do not receive so please insure the merchandise.
- All redeemed Reward Points used for the entire order will be forfeited if any portion of an order is returned. In addition, any unredeemed points earned on returned orders will be forfeited.
- Please include the account number and expiration date of the same credit card used when placing the order so that we can issue your refund. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed to give us time to inspect and process the refund.
- If you want to return the item than please do not put it off until later. We feel that this is a generous offer of guarantee that gives our customers plenty of time to inspect their order so we must receive the item(s) within the 30 days of purchase or no credit will be given. If we receive the item even one day after the 30 days we will not honor the guarantee so please make sure you ship the order back to us with a carrier whom will be able to get it back to us within the 30 day time frame as this policy will be strictly enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS!
